A group of men meet on a boat in the middle of the Aegean Sea, ready to play an extremely competitive game whose objective is to discover who is "the best man". You can see the point: filmmaker Athina Rachel Tsangari constructs a metaphor as intelligent as it is satirical of the absurd male competitiveness when in a group. In this game we observe with embarrassment the insecurities that are embodied in their defense of macho pride. This is an ideal film to help us think about what it means to be a man in 'the herd'.
